Zotter Handscooped – Peanut Caramel

70% dark chocolate filled with caramel ganache and peanut praline with caramelised peanuts.

Chocolate with peanuts and caramel may remind you of another well-known candy bar… but this Zotter version is much more refined. The flavours are well balanced, and the filling is both finely textured and pleasantly crunchy.

Zotter describes it as: “Whole caramelised peanuts in a homemade peanut praline, refined with a bit of white chocolate, sitting on a caramel ganache made from a sublime caramel couverture and caramelised almonds turned into a praline. It’s all covered in dark chocolate with a classic 70% cocoa content.”

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, peanuts (16%), cocoa butter, milk, caramelised milk powder (4%: skimmed milk powder, sugar), almonds, invert sugar syrup, butter, peanut oil (1%), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, sweet whey powder, whole cane sugar, salt, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder, sunflower oil, cinnamon, rose petals, lemon powder (concentrated lemon juice, corn starch, sugar), chilli “Bird’s eye”. Cocoa: minimum 70% in the dark chocolate.
