Zotter Handscooped – Milk Chocolate Mousse

60% dark milk chocolate filled with milk chocolate mousse and milk chocolate ganache.

Alongside the dark and white chocolate mousse, Zotter now also offers a filled bar with milk chocolate mousse. It has a slightly milder flavour than the dark version, but is wonderfully smooth and softly melting.

Zotter describes it as: “Sweet chocolate joy: at the bottom a mousse made from milk chocolate with a 40% cocoa content and a little airy butter, melting softly. On top a thinner milk chocolate ganache made with milk chocolate, caramel couverture, honey and water, keeping it nice and light. The filling is coated in milk chocolate with 60% cocoa, which is less sweet and beautifully balances the flavours.”

Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, butter, invert sugar syrup, sunflower oil, honey, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, caramelised milk powder (skimmed milk powder, sugar), emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, whole cane sugar, cinnamon. Cocoa: minimum 60% in the dark milk chocolate, minimum 40% in the milk chocolate.

Allergy information: contains milk, butter and soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten and sesame.
