Filled chocolate – a milk chocolate shell with a grapefruit ganache filling and a thin layer of white chocolate and passion fruit.
A deliciously fruity combination. We’re also huge grapefruit fans (especially chocolate seller Paul), so this was a fun chocolate for us to try. Of course, as we’re used to with the ‘Handscooped’ Zotters, it’s quite sweet for our taste, but that’s kind of the point – delicious candy bars. Not to be savored in small pieces, but to be enjoyed just once. And in that case, this bar, with all its fruitiness, is a very nice one, we think.

Pink & fresh: an invigorating, soft pink grapefruit filling made with grapefruit, white chocolate, and a dash of lime juice. A touch of raspberry couverture gives it its beautiful pink color. It’s coated with a wafer-thin layer of fruity passion fruit couverture and covered in 50% cocoa milk chocolate. Unprecedentedly refreshing!
Ingredients: Cane sugar, cocoa butter, grapefruit concentrate (12%), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, invert sugar syrup, starch syrup, freeze-dried passion fruit powder (maltodextrin, passion fruit concentrate), milk, freeze-dried raspberries, lime concentrate, sweet whey powder, low-fat yogurt powder, cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder, salt, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), cinnamon.
Allergens: Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten, and sesame.
Contents: 70 grams. Organic. Made into chocolate by the chocolate makers of Zotter, Riegensburg, Austria.
P.S. If you love grapefruit, there’s one chocolate you absolutely shouldn’t miss from our range. It’s quite a bit more expensive than this one, so it’s not for a casual snack, but that’s what Soma Grapefruit chocolate is. But hey, definitely order this one too—you won’t break the bank.
