A nice filled chocolate, especially if you like marzipan and want to try marzipan with pistachio.
Milk chocolate with a filling of marzipan & pistachio and a very small amount of saffron and cinnamon.
Zotter says about it: “Mountain milk chocolate filled with pistachio marzipan and saffron – Handscooped is scooped by hand. A saffron ganache that makes us believe in wonders again has been created from the stigmas of crocus saffron, the most expensive spice in the world. Spread over homemade pistachio marzipan and twice surrounded by a milk couverture with 40% cocoa.”
Ingredients: raw cane sugar, marzipan (almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, pistachios (4%), invert sugar syrup, skimmed milk powder, milk, butter, raspberry vinegar, glucose syrup, cherry brandy, sweet whey powder, anise, whole cane sugar, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), vanilla powder, salt, saffron (0.02%), cinnamon.
Cocoa (cocoa mass and cocoa butter): minimum 40% in the milk chocolate.
Allergy note: containd milk and nuts. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame and gluten.
