Zotter Handscooped – Orange Liqueur

40% milk chocolate filled with orange cream. Contains alcohol.

Zotter describes it beautifully: “A fruity-sweet orange liqueur blends with a wonderfully soft butter ganache, enriched with milk chocolate and homemade orange confit made from preserved oranges. Coated in creamy milk chocolate with 40% cocoa.”

The orange flavour is pleasantly subtle and certainly not overpowering. You can taste the alcohol, but it is not extremely strong either. A deliciously fruity, soft, smooth bar with a hint of liqueur.

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, marzipan (almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup), cocoa butter, blood orange concentrate (12%), cocoa mass, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, butter, invert sugar syrup, orange liqueur (2%), skimmed milk powder, sour cherry concentrate, lemon juice concentrate, gelling agent: apple pectin, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, blood orange oil (0.01%). Cocoa: minimum 40% in the milk chocolate.

Allergy information: contains alcohol, milk, butter, nuts, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, egg, gluten and sesame.
