50% oat chocolate filled with a red fruit ganache and almond praline with fruit pieces.

Vegan & fruity! As Zotter puts it: “An oat chocolate with 50% cacao, featuring a seductive, soft pink fruit layer made from strawberries, cherries, raspberry coconut couverture, cranberry couverture and a touch of refreshing lemon. On top of that, an almond praline layer enriched with pieces of passion fruit, orange and lemon, and in between a wafer-thin, crunchy layer of dark chocolate.”

Ingredients: raw cane sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, almonds (13%), oat drink powder (5%: fermented oats), sour cherries (3%), invert sugar syrup, strawberry concentrate (3%), glucose syrup, rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), almond oil, freeze-dried passion fruit (1%: maltodextrin, passion fruit concentrate), freeze-dried orange (1%: orange juice concentrate, orange pulp), coconut powder (coconut paste, coconut milk, coconut flour), freeze-dried cranberries (1%), freeze-dried raspberries (1%), freeze-dried lemon (0.5%: sugar, lemon juice concentrate, mango, starch), lemon juice concentrate, whole cane sugar, coconut crisps, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower), emulsifier: lecithin (soy), salt, vanilla powder, lemon powder (lemon juice concentrate, corn starch, sugar), ginger powder, star anise, cinnamon.
