Zotter milk chocolate 45% – organic, fair trade, and bean-to-bar made by Zotter in Austria.

They say about it: “A milk chocolate made with a single-origin chocolate entirely from beautiful fine flavour cocoa from Peru. We have travelled to Peru several times and know many of the cocoa farmers who grow this wonderful cocoa personally. We take this valuable ingredient and add organic mountain milk from the Tyrol region of Austria, together with real vanilla and sugar, to create a sweet and delicious milk chocolate.”

Aroma note from the maker: milk, creamy caramel

Taste notes from the makers: sweet and milky, creamy, caramel milk, mild, spicy hints of cinnamon, finishing with the taste of sweet caramel with a pinch of salt.

Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, whole cane sugar, vanilla powder, salt.
