Chuncho from the El Quinacho cooperative is a rare cocoa variety from Peru.
Chuncho is a heirloom cocoa that grows exclusively in the Cusco region, at exceptional altitudes of 400 to 1,300 meters. This rare fine-flavour cocoa is very mild and is characterised by a layered, fruity aroma.
Enjoy this single-origin chocolate with a high cocoa content: surprisingly smooth and elegant despite its 82% cocoa.

About Zotter
Zotter, or as the company is formally called “Zotter Schokoladen Manufaktur,” is a company led by Josef Zotter that has been making bean-to-bar chocolate in Austria since 1999.
They became known for their filled chocolates with highly diverse and unique fillings. Since 2007, they have been producing their own bean-to-bar chocolate. As a result, Zotter now also produces a whole range of “Labooko” chocolates, single-origin bars in dark, milk, and white varieties.
