Delicious fruit chocolate from Zotter. Technically a type of white chocolate (made only with cocoa butter), but in this case it turns a lovely pink thanks to the raspberries!
The coconut goes wonderfully with it; the whole bar has a pleasantly tangy, fruity flavor with a light hint of coconut throughout. And it is also completely vegan—no (cow’s) milk is used, only coconut milk. Perfect.
Tasting note from the maker: notes of raspberry and coconut milk with a hint of lemon.
Ingredients: cane sugar, cocoa butter (35%), dried raspberries (9%), coconut powder (5%: coconut paste, coconut milk, coconut flour), rice drink powder (rice, sunflower oil, salt), coconut crisps, emulsifier: lecithin (soy), lemon powder (concentrated lemon juice, corn starch, sugar), vanilla powder, salt, emulsifier: lecithin (sunflower).

Deze roze reep doet het al vermoeden: een sterk overheersende framboos-smaak. Heel erg fris en licht zurig. De kokos is op de achtergrond subtiel aanwezig. Fijn zomer smaakje.
