Completely vegan, yet wonderfully creamy with a rich, full-bodied flavour.
Zotter describes it as follows:
“A vegan coconut caramel bar with an exciting coconut flavour and a fine, caramelly sweetness. Created from coconut milk, caramelised, finely milled coconut flakes, 40% cacao and coconut blossom sugar, derived from the flower buds of the coconut palm, which develops a beautiful caramel flavour.
Flavour profile: Everything coconut! Expressive coconut character with notes of caramel, cocoa and Amarena cherries.”
Ingredients: cocoa mass, coconut powder (30%: coconut paste, coconut cream, coconut flour), coconut blossom sugar (22%), crispy coconut flakes (6%), cocoa butter (6%), salt.
