Described by Zotter as: a true cocoa safari! This fine flavour cocoa is a Trinitario, a beautiful cocoa variety with a very fruity aroma, derived from Amelonado and Criollo cocoa beans. A flavour cocktail of red fruit, berries, apples, plums, and tropical fruit, cultivated on small farms in Kokoa Kamili, close to a stunning national park.
Tasting note from the maker: rich chocolate flavour, creamy cocoa character with hints of citrus, sour cherry, and molasses.

Aroma: notes of gingerbread, nuts, cream, and sharp fruity tones (citrus/cherry)
Taste: intense chocolate character, notes of roasted nuts, cream, malt, and molasses, expressive fruity aroma (citrus, sour cherry), with a fruity acidity in the aftertaste.
