Description
A white chocolate with almond, where Zotter has chosen to dampen the overwhelming sweetness that you normally often find in white chocolate. A little less sugar, with ground almond taking the place of sugar, and then some natural sweetener – one of the few types that we do appreciate, namely erythritol. Because boy, do we find stevia disgusting. Erythritol is actually quite neutral in taste, it only gives a slightly cooling taste effect, but that can also be pleasant – and of course if you don’t use too much of it (here 3.5%).
The milk, the cocoa butter and the almond come together nicely. Fine smell and taste of caramel, creamy, delicious – if you like it of course 🙂
Ingredients: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, almond (3.5%), sweetener: erythritol (3.5%), caramelized milk powder (skimmed milk powder, sugar), vanilla powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
Allergy note: contains milk, almond, soy. May contain traces of all types of nuts, peanuts, gluten and sesame.
Contents 70 grams.
Good to know: The almond is ground through the white chocolate, there are no whole or pieces of almond on it. It is mainly a real white chocolate, with relatively less sugar, and a fine creamy structure and taste.
