Richly covered with sugared ginger, and also with lemon oil, which goes very nicely, and all on a classic dark chocolate (72%) made from cocoa from Ghana, from the Abocfa cooperative, traceably traded via Uncommon Cacao.

You shouldn’t be mistaken about the cocoa percentage, because the candied ginger makes it quite a bit sweeter, making it a very accessible bar. Wonderfully creamy, perfectly matched with the ginger and lemon – the reactions we see on the Moka Origins website are very enthusiastic, right up to ‘best bar I ever tasted’. Sweet, sour and spicy together, in a very nice balance – we can imagine the extreme enthusiasm and thought it was a really nice bar. Especially because the ginger is on the chocolate, but not just a few pieces, but completely full. Rich flavors, the lemon oil makes everything come together, and the whole thing is definitely a bar that we will recommend more often, and not just for hardcore ginger lovers – it is such an accessible but also tasty experience that it will certainly appeal to more people .
