Licorice and licorice, together with salt, often provide a nice flavor addition to chocolate that nicely complements the taste of the cocoa.

Of course it is useful to taste it in really good chocolate, in which specific origin cocoa is used and you can taste the origin. Otherwise, just combine with ‘sweet’ or ‘chocolate flavour’.
