Matcha: not long ago it was still relatively unknown, but today it has become very popular in the Netherlands and many other countries. You can find it in countless cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets, often in the form of a matcha latte or matcha dessert. And of course, it can also be used in chocolate!
Matcha is a concentrated Japanese green tea in powdered form, known for its vibrant green color. It is often enjoyed as an alternative to coffee. It contains some caffeine as well (less than coffee, but more than regular green tea). Many people also choose matcha because of its potential health benefits. It is certainly rich in antioxidants (just like dark chocolate, by the way!).
In any case, matcha makes a wonderful pairing with chocolate, and we’re delighted to offer several excellent matcha bars in our collection. Most of them are white chocolate bars, as white chocolate complements the unique flavor of matcha particularly well.
