Deliciously rich raspberry flavor (made with real raspberries of course), a dark chocolate coating and then a ‘crunchy’ caramel. A nice creation from Booja Booja that they make especially in the spring – with extra festive packaging. Beautiful for Easter, or – well, just for something in between.

The chocolate truffles are in the shape of small stems/rods, which is quite an added value, because it tastes very different from a standard chocolate truffle shape, and is very nice to serve on a bowl for something a little different.

And as is always the case at Booja Booja: the truffles are dairy-free, vegan, organic (and very tasty).

As you can see from the rather long ingredient list, this is a true “candy bar”, like all Zotter filled chocolates. Think of it as a bonbon in chocolate bar form: very tasty, quite sweet, and often quite addictive.
