100% dark chocolate. That means our darkest bars. For those looking for a totally pure experience! The chocolates here contain between 90 and 100% cocoa. With so much cocoa, naturally also little sugar or just sugar-free, and therefore always a certain bitterness and always powerful if you are not used to it. That takes some getting used to, and taking it in little pieces – but we know many enthusiasts – sometimes looking for “healthy chocolate” – who no longer want anything else.

The great thing about these bars is that despite the high cocoa percentage, they are surprisingly versatile. Certainly if you are used to it, the difference between the different 100% chocolates is striking and you discover besides cocoa bitterness all the flavors that can also be released at lower percentages. We must also mention: we personally like a little sugar in our chocolate. But we have learned to appreciate these chocolates. Everyone can get used to less sugar. But if you are used to supermarket chocolate start with caution.
