Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 60 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. In that case, you will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days—provided you return the items in good (saleable) condition.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product (with all accessories supplied and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging) must be returned to us within 14 days after registering your return.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after the return has been registered.
For clarity: this concerns the statutory right of withdrawal, for which we have extended the withdrawal period to 60 days for your convenience. You may withdraw your order as described above.
This does not apply to bars that have already been opened and eaten. Since chocolate is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items—or items that are otherwise no longer suitable for resale and/or consumption.
If something is wrong with an opened bar, please let us know of course. We’re always happy to help, and you can simply send us a message.
